1/10/2010 Our HO scale layout is finally up and running! We will be working on scenery, ballasting and other elements but from an operational standpoint it is where it's going to be for a while. The remodel in the room is also basically done except for some trim and cabinets here and there. If you haven't seen the layout or changes to the room be sure to swing on by and give it a look!

1/5/2010 After a taking a long break from The Train Shoppe, Randy Jones is back in action! For those who don't know Randy, he worked at the Train Shoppe for many years and left for personal reasons in 2006. He will be working three to four days a week including every other Saturday, and his DCC and HO scale expertise is a welcomed addition to our store!

12/31/2009 Justin Nichols has decided to leave the Train Shoppe in order to further pursue his education and other job options. He has helped us through a rough time and has been instrumental to our growth even during hard economic times. We wish him all the best!

12/28/2009 Please pardon our dust at the store while we are remodeling the HO scale room. Hopefully this room will be complete with an operational layout by the middle of January. Come in and check it out if you get a chance!
